wickedbohosoul.com (e.g. WickedBoho) is an E-commerce website in which to purchase OOAK handcrafted gifts such as artisan jewelry, original pyrography and home décor invoked with genuine gemstones, clay, wood, metals, glass, vinyl and found objects.  Services rendered include but are not limited to custom artwork commissions, jewelry repair/redesigns, beading lessons and private showings. 

• INFORMATION ACCURACY

This website has a lot of product pages and it can be a full-time job making sure that all the information is accurate. Information can sometimes be inaccurate and change without notice.  Despite my best efforts, on-site information might not be up-to-date and certain information (e.g., prices, product descriptions, stock quantities) may change without notice.  And while colors on one computer screen aren't always the same on other screens, I cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

• TERMS OF SALE

By placing orders on the site, the customers represent that they are of legal age and that the information they provide is true and accurate.  Measures are taken to verify customer information prior to accepting an order and WickedBoho has the right to accept, modify, or decline orders.

• PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

WickedBoho accepts all major credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, AmEx as well as PayPal.  Subject to the terms of this policy items may be returned for exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in a saleable condition.

• SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 days to process an order.  Custom commissions are case by case and you will be notified with an estimated completion date.   There are three shipping services available by weight:    

1. USPS Retail Ground , 2-8 business days for non-urgent and oversized packages
2. USPS First Class Mail Parcel, 1-3 business days  
3. USPS First-Class Package International Service  Delivery time based on destination

• INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

Nothing contained within the WickedBoho website should be construed as granting any license or the right to use any trademark without the prior written consent of the owner of the website.   Site content and features can only be used for personal and informational purposes by the customer. Otherwise, any kind of reproduction without WickedBoho permission is strictly prohibited.

• DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Though this has never occurred, WickedBoho E-commerce store owner will be obligated to provide to the other (customer), in the event of product failure and should reflect the level of risk involved.  WickedBoho E-ecommerce store owner will not be responsible for in the event of any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by the customer.

WickedBoho contains links to third-party websites.  Such links are outside of your control and usage should be at the user’s/customer’s own risk.   These third-party links are provided for the user’s convenience and WickedBoho isn't resposible for the quality, nature, and reliability of third party content. The inclusion of third party links does not imply endorsement by WickedBoho .

Applies to every single visitor:  WickedBoho must not be used to harass, abuse, defame, or violate the rights of any other party. WickedBoho has the right to cancel any user’s participation in its sites if it deems that the user violated any of the above terms.
